Members of: All professional staff of the firm are members of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. The firm is also a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Membership in these organizations requires that all professionals in the firm maintain their technical proficiency by obtaining regular continuing professional education. The firm is in full compliance with the Louisiana State Board of CPA's peer review program, the peer review requirements of the AICPA Private Companies Practice Section and the External quality control review requirements contained in the Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. The firm recently successfully completed an independent peer review of our accounting and auditing practice conducted by Postlethwaite & Netterville, Certified Public Accountants, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The reviewers concluded that our firm complies with the stringent quality control standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the peer review report is available for inspection upon request.
